These Terms govern your use of lawnkingspros.com and any request or message you send through it (the “Service”). Please read them with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What LawnKingsPros.com is, and is not
LawnKingsPros.com is a free referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local lawn care and landscaping providers (“Providers”). We do not provide lawn care, landscaping, fertilization, or any other home service, and we are not a contractor, agent, or employer of any Provider. Providers are independent businesses.
2. Providers and your hiring decisions
- We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a Provider, that a Provider will contact you, or that any job will result.
- We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Provider’s licensing, insurance, skills, background, reviews, availability, or pricing. Providers are responsible for holding any licenses and insurance their work requires.
- Before you hire anyone, ask for proof of any required license and insurance, get a written estimate or contract, and check references. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the Provider.
- Quotes and prices come from Providers, not from LawnKingsPros.com. Plan names and service descriptions on this site are general examples of typical service levels.
3. Your requests
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18, that you own or are authorized to request work on the property, and that the property is located in Florida. The Service is currently available for Florida properties only. Do not submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information, and do not use the Service to send spam, to harass others, or for anything unlawful.
4. Consent to be contacted
By submitting a request, you agree that LawnKingsPros.com and Providers matched with you may contact you by phone (including calls placed with automated technology) and email at the contact details you provide, about your request. LawnKingsPros.com does not send text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can ask to be removed at any time. You agree that your request information may be shared with Providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Photos and sample content
Images on this site are illustrative samples. They do not show work by LawnKingsPros.com or by any particular Provider.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, and the LawnKingsPros.com name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for personal use. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or use it to build a competing service without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, work, or statements of any Provider.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LawnKingsPros.com and its owners, affiliates, and vendors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from work performed (or not performed) by a Provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless LawnKingsPros.com from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the law.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
